Cristallo

For the crystallisation of marble and calcareous stone floors. The surface is hardened and sealed through chemical tempering. Provides long lasting shine. Resoiling is clearly prevented, the floor is easy-to-care and extraordinary slip resistant. Little scratches and damages are removed. Restores the marble's original appearance and colour. Crystallising with cristallo is an excellent alternative to conventional methods like coating with a dispersion or waxing. Can also be used for the tempering of newly laid or the repairing of worn out or dull floors.

Application areas

For floors made of marble and calcareous stones like travertine, Solnhofer and Terrazzo.

Instructions for use

Clean floor, remove wax and oil. Strip floor to remove old coats. Rinse thoroughly.

Mix 1 part cristallo with 1 part water and shake well. Apply the mixed paste in parallel lanes on the floor section (1 m2). Rub the paste into the floor for approximately 3 -4 minutes with a single disc machine equipped with a red pad.

Do not let dry the paste add water if necessary. Rinse with plenty of water and remove the dissolved paste with a wet vacuum cleaner. If necessary remove powder residues with a white pad.

Product consumption

20 – 40 grams per m2 / 150 to 250 m2 with 5 kg

Special advice

The product is only effective on marble and calcareous floors.

Use a single disc machine with a suction skirt.

Cover furniture feet and skirting boards before the application.

Avoid dust formation when working with the powder.

The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damages from improper product use.
